Or you have some kind of development race fuel tank! Is it taking more than 55l? I ran around 250miles per tank in my s1.. Sure its not got a 4pot under the hood?!

It's 02.47 here in the morning, just found a receipt for fuel for 42 liters and I remember the gauge read less than a quarter, maybe an 8th of a tank left or a little more.

I'll know more later today, I have 400 miles to go to get home - the weather is not good so it will be slow going again.

If I'm getting more than 250 miles then I might have a bigger tank fitted, or the gauge is wrong, i will be investigating the fuel situation tomorrow, I don't want to mix fuels so the next Shell garage I see I will fill it up and see how many miles I can drive before the needle rests on a quarter tank, I should have accurate figures today or tomorrow.

Off back to bed now, ZZZZzzzzzzzz.

Hi guys,

Made it home but nearly got wiped out, I did a complete 180 degree spin when I hit ice going up a hill, very scary, luckily all ok, no damage but it's one of those moments you never forget, I got a few pictures to send to people or if I can upload them here that would be good.

No question on fuel economy, I'm doing well over 300 miles to a tank of gas, I don't believe I have a bigger tank, official mpg on this aero according to DVLA is 46mpg on a run would you believe,

I'm going to get a good nights sleep and then see about uploading a few pictures of the Aero in Sweden.

All the best to you all and thanks for thinking about me,

Ian.
