A simple job? Unbolt bumper, bolt on overriders or is it much more complicated than that?

I am not sure whether I prefer the look of the car with the full bumpers or whether it will look better to my eyes with simple overriders.

Anyone have a picture of an ivory car with overriders so I can visualise it? Please... smile

I had problems chosing as well - both bumpers and overriders look great. What persuaded me to go with the overriders is that the front end of a Morgan is very curvaceous and overriders tend to accenuate that and emphasise the natural lines of the car.

My thoughts too. I think the car looks rather more rakish without the bumper, which is what one needs when being all natty in tweed.

So nothing else is connected to it, save for the badge bars?

I confess that part of the reason is that as a well known car, it just makes it ever so slightly different and personalises it for me. Important as this will hopefully be a long-term relationship smile

I chose full bumpers based on my wife's parking technique.

It's not that she drives the Morgan, but I've used her as a reference of how others might park near my car. smile

I watched Kevin Vernon convert full length to overriders and he said it was very expensive to do.There is a lot of work involved.

Took my full bumpers off, I think it looks more sporty, and saves a little weight. Also very easy to replace them, if I decide to.

Neilda,
I wish I had the balls to say that about my wife's parking ability.
If I did, I fear I wouldn't be driving anything for a while!!

So was it easy and cheap to do..?

Or is it just replacing with overriders that costs the big money?

I think it depends on the year of the car as to what the bumper mounts are and if they can be used for overriders.
