My 2005 Roadster doesn't ever cancel and I consider it quite dangerous: it's hard to switch mindset from a modern car and remember to manually turn it off every time you use it. Worst is when the left indicator stays on and the person entering your road thinks you are turning left: only thing that has prevented an accident is that incomers are so busy taking in the car that they assume you are weird which is confirmed as you sail past! A simple solution might be to wire a more prominent flashing light into the existing one and place it somewhere central.. maybe a police light would do it! There's 12v going to the existing invisible flashing light, so it shouldn't be hard to extend that with either audio or visual.. LED would be tiny voltage so shouldn't upset the system..

I've had mine for 37 years it predates the Morgan, and it works similar in all types of car. Trying to work out what keeps it powered so I can market it to the battery companies. The next thing is to try and find an aftermarket off switch love

Are you talking about wives or the audicator ! I suspect the former from your description.

I can only talk like that because I know my wife will not read this - I hope !

See Shiremogs first post here for info on the Audicator.

Hi,
I use an Audicator for several years and I am very happy with. This is one of the best accessories for a Mog to keep safe. If you cancel the turn indicator in time, you never hear an extra sound. In addition it is highly parameterizable. The only problem is that it is not really easy to fit and requires a good skill to install correctly and safely. Of course I have no interest...

On here is a thread about buying on e bay a new flasher relay with an audible sound. I bought one for c £15 & it is a direct swap.
Works fine.

My relay is under the bonnet I think.... Would I still hear it?

I'd like to give it a try as it sounds inexpensive and easy - I shall see if I can find one!

Found it, bought it. I shall report back for other Roadster owners once it's installed.
