Morgan in front of an old gate

Today, I made a short trip through a little ghost village, that will be breaked off in a few years for a brown coal opencast mining. It is depressing there, but a lot of possible foto motifs for classic morgans

Absolutely agree thumbs, but I have a quick question. Running with no sidescreens and hood up, doesn't the car fill with air and "balloon" the hood, or at least put severe strain the hood/frame attachment points? I have a 4-seater (so large hood) and no zip-out back window.

Not on my four seater. Provides great shade smile

Only done it a few times (once at highway speed) but no issues.

Thanks for the reassurance, chaps. We had a sunny +21 here today so gave it a try to 70mph and no problems.
Mike K - sorry to go off-topic but, as you see, we all like the car and the setting.

Thanks for all your positive replies. It was only a short trip (approx. 10 miles) with hood on by max. 50 mph, so I got no problems with the attachment points.
