S1 door cards are different....easy peasy lemon squeezy but not so sure on the Max or similar
A must job though IMO

I took the panel out on my Max, easy job. The easiest is to drill in the plastic clip so that the center piece is grinded away and then the leather pulss out easily
When the door is dismantled, you should as well consider the wiring of the windows as the loom comes from a Beemer three, where two connectors are used. On the Mog, one only is connected and the other was left exposed on my car. Under heavy rain, the passenger door will open on his own mind

Did you succeed to understand from which car are the plastic clips are taken from (respectively where did you find the replacement ones) or shall I order them upfront from Morgan?

Got them from MMC
They are very standard items that you can source from anywhere really, any part dealer would have something that fits the bill
Somehow, I am still interested to see how you fix the water ingress issue by the door seal, I never managed to get that right, and under heavy rain, I still wet my pants, despite I am not yet old enough to drive a Trad Mog.
on the S3 there were some different arrangement of rubber bits, but as doors changed, these rubber aren t there anymore on the Max. I did try to adjust the door but to no joy. It is really an annoyance

It is really an annoyance Thanks again. Now I'd need first to find those bits and then I'll involve (as always) my watch dealer who is my partner in crime for this kind of works. I am not sure I'll succeed to fix it but at least I will learn something and have some fun
