The bevel boxes do vary, my fairly early one is nearly silent, just a little whine on the overun, certainly nothing like the banshee wail of some of the early dealer demos that I'd heard. I think they are begining to get the hang of building three wheelers now and they are slightly, but only slightly, less variable than thet were.

Nice and fair comments - it is definitely a car that's a bit like a pair of shoes; better when worn a few times and you get used to driving round the vibrations at very low revs. Clutch / gearbox / brakes / feedback really special. And all at reasonable speeds which is just tremendous.

Although my car feels a bit nervous between about 50 and 60mph (but not too bad in all honesty) it seems to settle down again and I've done 95 mph and lived to tell the tale. On a motorway cruise at 70mph I was surprised how stable and relaxed it felt but I was wearing face protection for that run...

Hi Crowbar,
I am the guy who lent you the black /red car to drive. Glad you liked it enough to continue to ordering a car. You are right about the car being addictive. Really fun, and even better when you do a few things to it to make it yours. I added a Moto Lita steering wheel for starters. Aside from the looks, I can now see my instruments without the steering wheel spoke in the way. Brighton also found a replacement for the air cleaner in the front. I am new to the forum, so am still trying to figure out the uploading procedure for photos from photo bucket.

Rick, photobucket are asking for a username and password, and not opening straight into the Three Wheeler photos, fancy trying again?

There is a guide here on Talk Morgan which offers a few solutions to this: http://www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/101896/The_Talk_Morgan_Guide_to_Shari#Post101896

Hi Rick - many thanks for the loaner! It was instrumental in my decision to order. It's a great car, I really like the striping you added, and also really liked the two vintage stopwatches you added to the dash on the right!

Shane sent me a pic of the MotoLita on your car - I agree it's a huge improvement - I'll probably do something similar as well - the only problem with adding those gorgeous wooden wheels to the M3W is it draws attention the the cheap looking plastic cover on the steering column - someone needs to make a steel or aluminium cover!

Thanks again Rick for the loaner!
