My M3W is now approaching 6000 miles. Another problem fortunately in the right place. On route to a Cranmog event, called into newly appointed Morgan dealer Krazyhorse Bury St Edmunds last Friday for lunch. Rocker Cafe at dealer recommended. On leaving the car would not start, problem diagnosed as faulty fuel pump. The dealer stripped a pump from a stock vehicle and got me back on the road, what great service.
Interestingly the new car had a plastic cover fitted over the fuel pump terminals which was not fitted to my early car, but it does now. Maybe a known problem, hence the fitment of a cover.

I called in there today after a pheasant hit the headlamp of my three wheeler, Chris in spares dept was able to find some alternative clips to fix it, friendly and helpful ,good food too!

The rolling road has been delivered to site, so I assume it just awaits installation.

Interesting news about the pump cover - was going to fill mine with clear Mastic - as the speedboat boys do - but if there is a cover available thats even better - its very vulnerable to H2O fill IMHO
