I prefer to see an obviously used car to a concours car trailered to a show.

I like the compromise route; as per the last Le Mans Classic (where, as well as at the 24 Hour, it always seems to rain!!) Use your Morgan, enjoy your Morgan, enjoy the friends you make because of your Morgan, then enjoy the communal "lets give the cars a quick wash outside the hotel while the girls get ready for dinner" (Where, I have to add, my collapsable bucket was much admired  )  Bud __________ 2003 - 4/4

There's no doubt in my mind that there's a great deal of pleasure to be had from cleaning one's car, but I do worry sometimes when I hear stories of people being unwilling to use their Mog because it might get dirty. I gave mine a going-over with the detailing spray today, but I couldn't raise much enthusiasm, by the time I get to Folkestone on Thursday it's going to be filthy again.

im with the "i like my Mog clean" team, but not in a obsesive way. im quite happy to let the local Polish crew give it the once over.
