Hoy just cos I only drink the odd half thats not fair . I sent you a photo of the s/motor today but cant work out how to pop them on the site . Dirty minds have nothing to do with dirty cars , you are thinking of the wrong kind of ride.  I cant stand being in a dirty car its like sitting in a dust bin . Can someone answer me if they love a dirty mog why so many have looked at mine on this site .  Welcome to the TalkMorgan equivalence of Alcoholics Anonymous

I think he knows it's too late for me now - but they are like us they wash up pretty good with a Brillo Pad !!

DaveW will say there's nothing wrong with a dirty car so long as you clean it when you get home. Without delay. I knew a bloke years ago, always immaculately turned out. His car was a shed. Never cleaned. Me? I normally hang around at home looking like I've done a full shift rolling in the dirt. But my cars are usually very clean. Including inside the wheels. I would rather go out scruffy in an immaculate car than go out looking immaculate in a shed. Each to his own.

I'm with you Dave.
I took mine out today in the rain (cries of 'brave fool) and then spent a very pleasant 60 mins or so cleaning and drying it.
Thing is, the Morgan is so little it's only the wheels that the time. Cleaning a Range Rover is like washing a barn in comparison.

Richard: How many miles now? Just knocking on the door of 24,000mls and feeling nice and freed up - things seem have stopped dropping off or coming unstuck as well which is a pleasant change.

I yielded a little and just popped outside to clean the windows in the Roadster and the ever tarnishing petrol cap. The rest of the car is still gloriously grubby  I will clean it soon. Cleaning your car is a good way to show your love for it. Rather like caressing

On Sunday night I got home at 23:30, the car was filthy. I had to be up at 05:45 on Monday to feed the chickens before going to work. In those circumstances, would you really have stayed up an extra hour or so cleaning the thing in the dark before going to bed?
