Just finished fitting these, did not like the factory fitted plastic ones, I think these look more classic.

Yes they are certainly much better than the square plastic boxes. I have fitted these myself in exactly the same position. Can i suggest you run silicone sealer around the ball socket fitting as they will certainly fill with water, i expect they are meant to be the other way up, regards john k

Bud __________ 2003 - 4/4 Hi Simon I purchased from Classic Partsworld, but suspect they are the same as Holdens and Retroclassics.

I did have problem with reverse light not working, not sure what occurred but after investigation ran cable from drivers side to other side as loom is wired for left and right hand drive. Suspect I had break in live feed to passenger side once I disturbed it.

Hi,
Thats funny, I've just done the opposite, sort of. My car came with your lights which were bolted to the bumper but when I decided to run just with overiders I needed some other way to fix the fog and reversing lights. In the end I purchased 2 lights in the style of the rear brake/lights as already on the car and fitted these at each end of the number plate plinth. So far I have only fitted the fog light as I am trying to keep the back view of the car as simple as possible. I'm very pleased so far. When removing the old lights I was surprised to see just how much they had corroded. Mine were not stainless but had obviously collected water on the inside and were heavily rusted, even though they had hardly gone out in bad weather. So yes, silicone sealing is very important. Paul

Hi Watty, I was thinking of doing that. Do you have the plinth like Adrian's in the photo above & if so where did you get the lights from?
