Should anybody still need a copy of the switch legend artwork file it is now located on Photobucket - see link below. If you intend editing/colouring the file then it needs to be opened directly from the editing application in following way.

Open MS Paint (or the editor of your choice). Select “File open” and copy the entire link into the file name window, then select open and save a local copy. If you do open it directly from Photobucket and copy/paste or “save as” you will get the Photobucket compressed version of the file that will not edit correctly and is a different size.

Don’t forget to post pics of your finished switches!

Glad to see this old post is still useful. I went on to add some stainless bezels around the warning lights. I think they finish the panel off nicely. Cain sells the bezels but these are my home brew version.
