I hate you all! I gave in and had to count (albeit from a photo) - my excuse is I'm in the office.

1976 - 4.4 (4str) - 12 down each side and 24 on the top. Total 72. More than I would have guessed.

With the rising interest in bonnet slats perhaps badges should be produced for the rear of our cars.They would state the number of slats per bonnet.Slats on the bonnet could become more important than pistons under the bonnet.
