I have the same annoying rattle, but only from the passenger side. I like the set up of hood down but side screens on think its the best look for my Mog. But the rattle has been driving me mad so took the panels off, will try the Tesco plastic strip solution tomorrow.

Try loosening the side screen, then as you re tighten gently push the side screen inwards as you tighten the nuts. It has worked for me.
