It's been absolutely boiling here today, 36c on the various thermometers at the garages etc. No the Morgan doesn't have an outside temperature gauge, so couldn't verify it. Usually would go for a ride on the bike when it's hot, but the thought of leathers etc made me even hotter, so it's out in the Morgan, that was a mistake, the sweat was running of even driving, tin top drivers kept giving me a thumbs up, little did they know I would have loved their air con today. Decided to go up the passes to find some cool air, another mistake it was full of tourists and traffic jams, so returned home and did some work in my cellar workshop, just 17c absolute bliss.

I know the feeling when its less, 26c and its hell for me . This m/ing its splashing it down but cooler. Hence part of the early bit on T. M. unable to sleep . We drove past a rugby field last night we visited when we where courting we had gone to see a sea shanty group . Could we hell think who it was its cost me a restless night . Just typed it into google and it was the Spinners. Now I can go back to bed night night.

On the beach in Toscana  No internet or phone at the cabin but can pick up a signal on the beach. About 36 degrees but the water is lovely. Only problem is that I burn easily.

Hi Jack the lad,
That takes me back - I took my fiance (now SWMBO) to see the Spinners at the Liverpool Phil for her 21st birthday.
Seems like only yesterday.... now where was I "In my Liverpool home......"
