I've dug around all I can on Google, but can't seem to find an answer. I'd love to know which paint system Morgan uses in house, whether it's PPG, DuPont, or that they can do anything. I want to ask for a specific DuPont color, but if it gets matched to PPG, it turns out significantly different. The color I want BTW is "DuPont Pepper Gray". Some backstory on the color and the differences when applied:

Dunno if this a what you're after but:

"The clean ICI water based paint process was trialled in Morgan’s Malvern factory before it was installed in mass production plants."

Best I could do on ICI is find that they were bought by PPG in 2000. People in the classic automotive realm still refer to ICI colors (I see many on Jag sites, etc).

I hope he wasn't talking to anyone from the automotive industry in that first speech ......he'd probably get shot down in flames!

I think the paint is from Glasurit if memory serves - but they can get it from anywhere at a price as I heard one chap wanted his Mog painted in exactly the same paint as his helicopter!! - but it cost several £K extra!!

MMC used Glasurit paints for a while, but then went back to PPG paints. I understand they are fully contracted to them and cannot use paint other than that purchased through PPG.
