I am investigating an A-Frame for my M3W and have found a very helpful company. Key question: can the M3W can be towed using an A-Frame? Can anyone advise?
If you attach an A-frame to a car in order to tow it with a larger vehicle, the car plus A-frame counts as a trailer.
If you use a dolly to tow a broken-down vehicle, the dolly counts as a trailer.
In both cases the usual safety regulations for trailers apply.
And
Trailer brakes
Any trailer weighing over 750 kilograms must have a working brake system.
So if the Morgan plus the A frame is less than 750kg, you don't run into the near impossibility of linking hydraulic brakes. No idea if a three wheeler tows nicely though on an A frame.

A Frame is a good idea, inexpensive, easily stored etc. Grinnall Scorpion 3 do one for their reverse trike and it only costs about £150. From memory they weigh about 450 kg. You need to leave key in ignition so the steering lock does not come on and the mile meter does not go up! Anyone who like me who wants a trailer I would not consider just two wheels. Double axle must be the safest way forward. In time I would prefer an enclosed one.

Marked out the wheel routes in self adhesive sandpaper. Attached chocks.
So easy to get on and off with hydraulic flatbed.
In time I may upgrade to an enclosed race shuttle type.
Real bonus is I can get the trailer in my garage (just by an inch!) more by luck than judgement! Means both stay dry and there is room for my M3 beside M3W.

You can’t tow a M3W on an A frame, in fact you’re not supposed to tow it at all although it may be possible if the back wheel was in the A Frame? I don’t know of anyone who has tried. I was after a trailer for months and the one I found most suitable was by Lider, a French company with lots of agents in the U.K.. They appeared to have the only one that had a 6ft wide tilt bed without having to go to 16ft.+ length. reasonable price too as trailers go. I eventually purchased an old Dastle Racebox off fleabay, only 6’6’’ high so it fits in the garage. PRG trailers will make you a lowline covered trailer bespoke for the M3W. Gajet here on TM has the ex MMC one, perhaps he’ll post some pics?
