Split windows (1963) are dramatic, especially when seen from the rear or the side !

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

As a multiple-gen Corvette owner ('86 C4 that'll eventually become a track car and a supercharged '01 C5 'vert that serves as my daily driver), I gotta say I really do love them! The newer gens (C4 and up) make incredibly fuel efficient daily driver / commute cars if you're mostly cruising, and each generation just gets better and better performance and handling. With all the mods I've done to the C5, it's damn quick and corners like nobody's business (not that it was any sort of slouch to begin with)! smile

Unfortunately, we can't get most of these cars in RHD (right hand drive for our non-UK pals) - even Mack etc. trucks, when sold in Oz have to be RHD, but if imported over here, all we get are left hookers (sorry, UK slang for left hand drive).
If they can make some in RHD for other markets, why can't they send some here? confused2

I've owned one LHD motor in this country (an ex-USAF Dodge W200 pick up) tall enough that being on the 'wrong' side didn't really matter, but I wouldn't really want to drive a performance car while sitting next to the kerb... Lack of forward vision being the main reason.

Not really sick2
An earlier one, maybe, when they had a certain 'style'.
Most modern 'Yank Tanks' leave me cold

Was upgraded to a hired open top Corvette to drive the Canyons in the US. They could not open the boot for the luggage, so back to the Mustang, with a certain 3.7 litre engine that looked very familiar. Great car great engine, that was a great high speed cruiser. Everyone I met preferred it to the 'vette. General consensus 'vette is a case of 'style over substance.'
