Is it an easy up hood? Is the frame catching the breeze? Shouldn't do, I'm just musing. Do you have a leaf blower?! I'm wondering if you could test it. Probably a mad idea.

Probably wouldn't hear the whistle over the blower That is a good idea. Is the heater fan on and causing the whistle?

Mine does it too around 40 mph. Can't find the reason either. Thought it is just a Morgan thing. Bob:)

Motocyclist, betwixt glass and rim is exactly where my whistle was coming from. Ah, I went for a run this evening and was going to tape that area up but I ran out of tape! I'll try that next. TBH though, it sounds a lot closer than the headlight. I've had the dash out after this evenings run, looking for holes in the bulkhead but can't find any. I've now blocked all the gaps in the toolbox and also put some pipe lagging around the front wing stays, in case it's those, so ill have another run tomorrow to see if that has done anything. It's loudest at 50mph, at which stage it's like someone blowing hard through a kettle whistle. Maybe the car is coming to the boil. In response to other suggestions, it's not an easy up, it's a PITA hood (3 mins fastest up so far). And it's not the heater blower. Appreciate the posts though Colin

Motocyclist, betwixt glass and rim is exactly where my whistle was coming from. Exactly right! You have won a copy of "The Silence of The Lamps" for your suggestion ;-) I had taped up the headlamps before, but the side that fits against the nacelles. It's absolute bliss now. Only trouble is I can hear all he other noises now .... ;-)

Doors open, fasten front first, then lift the bars and drape the hood over them to keep them in place. Fasten down the verticals fasteners inside the "boot", then the poppers and twistie things and tighten the swivels. Maybe you real Morganeers never put the hood up and that's why you're slower ;-)
