I tried to arrange a Relay this year for 'Help for Heroes'

Lack of Interested Contacts(only 5+me)resulted in my abandoning the idea. gloomy I did the Solo 1000 Mile Rally instead drive

Mine was 47 County Towns of England with 1 day of collecting at a supermarket (easy to arrange) or Town Centre (requires Permission & a Licence).

The Baton is here if anyone fancies picking up Pauls idea.

I used it for collecting during the 1000 Mile Rally with Two Collections a day it was perfect.

If you can make use of this to make it happen I'll take a 'Leg' notworthy

Well done Frank,
I raised quite a lot for H4H last year and they were grateful. It is a good cause and I am an ex serviceman but maybe there should be more than the one charity?
I split it with Salvation Army and a local forces charity SWS RnR.
The baton idea is fantastic.
We need someone who is a good organiser and has time and a planning mind.

Happy to take a leg or two if 4 wheelers are allowed. I think it is great idea.

The beauty of my friend Jim's Baton Design is that you could carry two alternative Collecting Tins at the same time. Its easy to open it and swop the tins. coffee

My only caveat is that I eventually get it back as I want to send it to the H4H Archive when it is finished with.
My fundraising has been on behalf of The Morgan Centenary Roadster 100 Register and Help for Heroes is our chosen charity to support. juggle
