I think that your excuse for the Corvette is a bit flimsy.......

Wow, that's a lot of cars. I thought you were trying to find the car for (almost) every occasion. I wouldn't know what to do with that many cars, although most of them are nice.

Sounds like some good post rationalisation going on there Andy. I have massively slimmed down my collection which included 3 Astons, a Bentley, an XKR, a Murcielago and a Ford GT. My concern was that some cars eclipsed others and I never drove them enough. I find a Range Rover and a sports car now covers most eventualities (my wife has a Subaru). I think I'm through the fleet phase of my life.... I hope so as I lost a ton on depreciation! I do miss the GTC though. That was a great car, unrelenting luxury. But the Rangie is not dissimilar. Your collection looks good.

Boshers I think you have got it just right. I have been in love with that style of Corvette since I was, well, quite a bit younger. The GTC Speed looks fantastic and the Plus 8 speaks for itself. I think I feel an envy attack coming on.

Come on Andy I need to know how you decide which one to drive.
I think it'd take me all day to decide and by then it'd be too late. What does that make th current cylinder count?

I understand Greenpeace have just taken out a contract on him. I suspect they will come off worse.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

Hi Have you ever considered an Ultimata GT for that track day occasion, which you missed. I nearly purchased a fully loaded one 10 years ago factory built and FIA race ready, a snip at £48K and 212mph, put an end to that one in no uncertain terms. Threre's a nice yellow one for sale up North, plus you can get wind in your hair as it has no roof. PS I think the Corvette is lovely, a mate of mine had a 71 pearlescent midnight blue rag top, with cream interior and roof in 77, just awesome.

I'm glad you mentioned Kermit! Had you not, I'd have told you that you'd missed one Setting aside the Morgan, the Raptor and the GTC Speed are firm favourites - one for go anywhere with bags of presence (and attitude!) and the other for uncompromising luxury, massive reserves of torque and the ability to waft through country after country effortlessly. Drive them all in good health
