So - Wedding anniversary this weekend and all set to take her indoors for a nice weekend in Southwold. Only shame after all the lovely sunshine was the dodgy weather forecast. Went to put the hood up and found that the header rail had broken, sheared off where the catch mounting meets the rail. A desperate call to Techniques at Stotfold in Hertfordshire, who despite being very busy said they would look at it for me. One hour with the great guys there, hood fixed, weekend saved and her indoors happy.
I am not a regular customer but cannot speak highly enough of the team there - great job

Precisely the same thing happened to me. In my case, Allon White did a sterling job but given Techniques are not far from me, they would have been my second choice. Glad to hear all was well in the end.
