I have to chirp in here. A friend of mine, also a Morgan fanatic, has two Giant Schnauzers. His typical vehicle for the dogs, because of their size, is a Mini Moke. He decided they should really travel in a Morgan, so he bought a Plus 4 Four Seater. He removed the rear seats, installed a carpeted platform with a large eye bolt for the dogs’ leashes, and he registered the car as ‘DOGS MOG.’
Unfortunately, there was one small problem. When the dogs were seated on the platform looking forward their heads were basically over the top of my friend’s and his wife’s heads. And when it’s hot in Florida, the dogs drool.
They soon sold the car, even though I had thoughtfully bought them umbrella hats.
