I recently had the pleasure of driving the new Brooklands Roadster, and can report that this latest version contains some notable improvements, that make this a great car to drive. The twin anti tramp bars allows for some spirited acceleration through the gears, and although initially, I couldn’t understand the point of fitting power steering to a classic car, it does noticeably improve the driving experience. The new seat design is sporty and comfortable, even if the head restraints are a bit chunky; but of course they are there for safety reasons not looks. The exhaust note sounded fruity with plenty of burble, due to the car being fitted with the sports option. I like the two tone Brooklands theme, and especially the styling of the rear panel which has the option to replace it with a spare tyre. All in all a great car with only 50 being produced.

I really like the look of them ,especially the lack of shiny bits !

Very nice. Wasn't expecting the speedo to look so .... unfinished. I'm sure I'm missing something - am I? Fabulous car though. Love it!

Nice but the wheels look cheap & would prefer a fulltwo tone.
Don't like bonnet straps either.

The gauges are from the Ford Mustang (engine is the Mustang Cyclone) and are used because the stock ECU is a bugger to reconfigure and thus it was prudent to use the stock dials (iirc). The blank space isn't actually blank - it is either a digital display with trip computer, MPG, mileage, etc, or where all the warning lights are located (I cannot recall which but it does have a purpose and whilst the photo makes it look a little off balance, isn't in the metal)

Nice car! Do you have perhaps a detailled picture of the seats? Seems to be an improvement compared to the actuel reclinig seats?!

Are they the new standard for the whole trad-range (except the +8 of course)?
If yes, could it be possible to retro-fit them in an older car (longdoor versions, e.g. a 2011 4/4)?!

There was a link in an other thread to the german MORGAN dealer "MORGAN Park Hamburg" who offers quite nice replacement dials to change the ugly standard ones fitted in the 3.7 Roadster.
(what should one expect from an american styling.... )

As I said before in another thread about the Brooklands Edition I really could be tempted by a small 4/4 version of it...
