For pics, it's easy.
Use any service where to upload pics (e.g. postimage.org or tinypic.com) then take the link that ends with .JPG or .PNG and put it within parentesis without the asterisks and the parts in red, as follows:
[*IMG*]*here_the_link_as_we_said_above*[*/IMG*]

Thanks for your help and, since this is a welcome forum, may I also ask how to put a decent avatar picture? In the setting section you are alllowed a maximum 100x100 pixels which really gives poor quality pictures.

BTW, were you in Milan just before Christmas? I spotted a swiss Aero and i had a fast chat with the driver at a traffic light in Corso Venezia, was it you?
