Good morning,

I have a 1939 Series One Morgan that I would like to register, I have the original registration plate, chassis and engine number but thats about it!
The car has been completely re-built and apart from a respray is ready to go, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to initiate the registration?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Nick

Your local Dvla office is about to close, but that would be one place to start. Otherwise you should find details on the Dvla website.
