I have stumbled upon how to make your Morgan seem practical, luxurious and accessible.
Buy one of these!
Don.

LOL......I think that it is only sacrilege to Lotus Elise owners, although Easter having the experience of both Morgans and a Lotus may well understand! hide

I quite like the elise but have you seen the resale values. If you look at them being about the same price new as a 4/4 then look at the prices for say a 2000 4/4 against a 2000 elise !!

I had an Elise S2 for 6 years and loved it. Very reliable, fast, fun and practical or though basic. When I had finished with it it had a Honda civic type r engine with a supercharger, which was ballistic.

Have to say I do like the look of them - I think its the front end giving slight reminder of the GT40. BUT - won't fit down the driveway swear Mind, it wouldn't fit in the garage either - there's a 4/4 in there laugh2

So Don, I take it you've added another car to the fleet - or has it replaced something? Not the Mog?? shocked2

Those Honda engines are super, i had one in my Atom, shame Morgan do not use them. I was quite tempted with one for sale on piston heads.

A good point, should you be tempted to go over to the dark side!

(Wish Lotus could overcome its problems and get its sales up)

A rather different type of sports car, apart from being open top, would prefer a TVR with more umph, although nice modern styling, enjoy. cheers
