David,

I bought this car at the old Morris Stapleton Motors in London in 1974--so I've owned it for over 39 years. It was Sheila Hancock's former ride. I've driven it all over England, Europe and the U.S. It's been completely restored three times in my ownership--this last time took three and a half year and required a new frame.

Graeme,

Yes, but did you count the number of ribs in the grill?

I do not (repeat do not) count things on my Morgan. It is an unhealthy addiction laugh2

Ah yes......I think we have seen this car in here before with a photo of the lovely Miss Hancock driving it. I bet she'd be pleased to see it now!

How do you get on with the aero screens? I think they look fantastic.

Neilda,

I like the Brooklands screens--they do keep most of the wind out of your face. They are a little fiddly to install, though--the mounting posts must be afixed far enough forward not to interfere with the tonneau cover, but not so far as to interfere with the standard windscreen.

They make the car look so much more attractive - very period look.

I'm guessing in South Carolina you have some 'guaranteed' chunks of good weather. Which helps. smile
