Sorry if this has been discussed before, but couldn't find any info.

I've seen a few photos of 3W's with center mounted rear view mirrors, between the wind screens.

Anyone know what vehicle they were adapted from or does someone offer the mirror for sale (preferably in the US)?

Thanks for any help

Melvyn Rutter has one as well, but it's rectangular. Not a priority for me but if I find a round or circular one ... thinking ... something in keeping with the current side mirrors.

I've seen a couple with the bullet mirror in the middle which look good, not sure if there's much visibility though.

yea, I cannot imagine an open top car needing more than 2 mirrors since turning almost any angle will result in nearly zero blind spots. Its one of the few cars I could honestly see you getting away with just one mirror if it were legal.

...in Aus all you would see is the additional high level rear brake light smile

In normal driving with a human passenger it is not an issue. If my wife is not occupying the seat then my K9 co-pilot is there. She (the K9) likes to ride with her snout just on the outside of the wind screen, completely blocking the right mirror. A center mirror would give me the field of view to change lanes without having to turn and look over my shoulder

Not sure I'm liking the "third eye" look...... Leaning toward a subtle oval shaped mirror. Would somewhat follow the lines of the hood and windshield

Thanks for taking the time to post the pic, much appreciated
