been registered for a couple of weeks now so better introduce myself.

I live in a place called Ainsdale which is on the sunnier side of 'sunny' Southport, and have recently ascended into 'Morganworld' from MG. Nothing wrong with MG's...god bless 'em...a very active club following which will ensure the marque will live long and prosper. But I now know the time spent with my Midget (now with a new lease of life charging around the foothills of the Alps!) was just a rehearsal!!

I have had the pleasure of driving a vast assortment of vehicles, from cars like 'E' type Jags to 35 tonne container handlers to Joy stick controlled logging machines to articulated trucks....and none of them had a driving experience quite so 'raw' as my old 4/4. Great isn't it!

Anyway I'm planning to get to Oulton Park on 17.05 for the MGCC race day that includes the Powertorque Morgan championship race so hope to see some of you there.

If anybody's planning to come to 'sunny Sounthport' give me a shout and I'll arrange tea and biscuits (as long as you turn up in your Mog).

cheers

Shame, the weather looks dodgy over the weekend gloomy There're almost enough members from this forum for a local group meet.

I'll have Tetley tea with whole milk and rich tea biscuits innocent
