It seems that there is an impending revised version of the M3W based upon reason #3 from the Autoblog article about Charles Morgan's dismissal http://www.autoblog.com/2013/10/23/charles-morgan-dismissal-misconduct/. MMC's September press release http://www.morgancarnews.com/2013/09/morgan-three-wheeler-september-2013-press-release/ also mentioned that a "comfort product" is coming. It's also reasonable to assume that MMC will do something to reduce the bevel box noise. I remember someone mentioning "anti-vibration mounts" in a post last month on TM. The words "impending revised" in the Autoblog article got me thinking there could be much more that hasn't been reported on yet, though. What else might they revise?

Didn't see anything yesterday but I did ask about the bevel box.

What else might they revise?"
A very good questions.
Maybe they could think about making the car lighter, so that it scales at under 415kgs? The pedals could be top hinged to allow the longest legged drivers to sit comfortably? The bevel box internals could be finished to a higher quality, for obvious reasons. The front suspension geometry could be revised to eliminate bum steer [whatever that is?] The dampers could be a better quality - bring back Suplex.
Or maybe they will just re-design the whole car, use sliding pillar front suspension, chain drive from a 2 or 3 speed gearbox and a gravity feed from a fuel tank placed above the footwells, a starting handle, which is of course much lighter than a starter and large battery to turn it, and maybe a smaller engine, of, maybe around 1300 cc, and producing around 100bhp, made by someone like J.A. Prestwich.
Just thinking aloud, as you do.

Puns & humour on Halloween, eh? Good stuff..
Broadening the accessibility is good business sense, lightening would allow different taxation, but the obvious 'upgrade' would be to answer many peoples concerns about steering & noise.
It also raises other issues, such as exactly much of the hair shirt do you remove to please complaints before you end up with a three wheeled Honda..? Excellent engineering, but ultimately bland.

Aero Racing has recognised this and is currently testing a “comfort “product designed to satisfy this new owner requirement. Further details will be released from the factory in the near future.I see extra cost option ...

I was at the Suplex presentation during the Williams open day a months or so back. Listening carefully to the presentation three were a couple of comments about the M3W suspension, one in particular was something about the geometry that made me wonder about the true reasons why they stopped supply.
I spoke to their consultant, name escapes me, and he was carefully not to say very much of substance.
BUT putting 2 and 2 together my conclusion is that Suplex felt the M3W front end to be so flawed that they wanted nothing to do with it. He said they are working with the factory on an upgrade. I wonder if this is the "Comfort option?"
Just my deluded thoughts you understand.

I thought Suplex could not supply MMC the shocks because their suppliers had only produced x amount of sets and the next batch never turned up for whatever reason, thats why MMC went to Spax. Plus if Suplex did think the 3W front end so flawed and that they didn't want anything to do with it, why are they now working on an upgrade kit? 2+2 = 67? Front end is flawed. But that's why we like Morgans with all their little flaws
