I also notice the hubs are now painted black where mine are bare metal and are now very rusty.

23 months, 9 days and a smidgen of hours my 3W has arrived. The dealer sent me pictures, and I ran to visit it today. Some interesting touches that were decided by the factory. Instead of a red stripe, the factory saw fit that I have a white stripe. The factory was correct, I love the white stripe. The white stripe is a nice balance to the Morgan wings logo. Also, which I believe is to poke fun at us across the pond, a Union Jack arrived on the car which was not ordered. I love it, makes me feel that a real human was having as much fun building this car as I will be driving it. Here are some picts. I will post pics as soon as I figure out how to attach pics.
