As a result, we would be guilty of trade mark infringement if found to be producing products – or even labels – featuring the word mark MORGAN or the Morgan Wings Logo.

I’m sorry to disappoint you but I’m sure you understand our position.

Ha! I've had the same thing with Harley-Davidson & a charity event I ran. It's only a set back, gotta think outside the box..

How about a generic vee-twin engine logo? Or the letters MOG? presumably they would be concerned about M3W too..
