I think Mark Evans has been very brave. However we shouldn't expect to much. I noted how late his last post was sent at. In the short term he's right to address our issues directly. I think were all feeling a lot more positive and really feel that we will now get our wonderful M3W's sorted. Well done Mark. In the longer term Morgan could, to some degree, formalise their communications with TM and make sure that no one has to work late to do so. Mark we don't want you to burn out.

I suspect not many companies would have such an interaction with their customer base. And we should not abuse it, or other wise we will lose it.

Mark -
Thanks for the parts book. I think will be very useful.
Could you also post a description of what is to be serviced at each service event? I live over 400 miles from my dealer so I plan to have most of the service items done locally.

Seems appropriate to BUMP this post!!
This is worth keeping on the top of the pile, IMHO.

I know I am a little late here, but we have adopted a dog and between him and a heavy work load, I have not had ample me-time to spend on the forums. But...
Thank you Mark for the parts book download, it is very much appreciated. I contacted my dealer (Auto Europe in Birmingham, Michigan) about obtaining some of these upgrades and have yet to hear any thing back. I was just wondering if you had an available time-frame for these retro gradable updates to arrive stateside?

You've been missed Charlie, welcome back again.
I hope your dog is small enough to sit on your girlfriends lap?
