I have my +8 booked in there at the end of the month for a service before the Le Mans trip. I hope they live up to expectation.

That's my one in the middle.

And, I bet, RevB's on the right. So who owns the Aero 8?

My RPM restoration work is done (well it was a while ago but I managed to get down to Perth to pick her up).

And I'm delighted.
- The car feels like i've gone from some prehistoric dark aged car to something built in the noughties. The difference in the driving experience really is that profound.

I, until a few months ago, had twenty year old tyres. When I changed them, I felt a difference. When I had someone service the car that actually new what they were doing, well, that is something else entirely.

I'll post a report and pics shortly.
:-)

Just had my car serviced by Russel. It too, as he promised, drives like another car. Currentlty on the way back from Le Mans and its humming along. I am back in Aberdeen next week. Maybe try and catch up with you.

Well, would I have done it earlier? Sure. It sounds ace, looks fabulous and drives like a dream. But I got really really great service from the dealer, so, on balance, I'm glad I waited.

What do you guys think?
- Poor photos I know, shot them on an iphone.

Totally blown away. So so happy.

Even the leather trimming was excellent. The respray fantastic. It really is as good as new. But it was done on a value versus cost budget. That appealed to me.. Alot...

Nice thing was, that my Mum was with me when we picked her up from RPM. Russell knew it had been her car (for 20 years) and took it out the workscope (just prior to our arrival) and put it into the showroom to show the car off. My Mother was very pleased and figured it looked as good as it did when it was new!

A nice touch I thought.
