Happy to help. Just let me know the sort of length tour you all fancy and who's interested. I can check out some options in February.

Sadly no Morganing here for a while yet. The temperature did poke its nose above freezing over the weekend, for the first time since well before Christmas, but that just meant that the gutters were running during the day with meltwater off the snowplough's windrows before re-freezing overnight. Roads are now both very salty and very slippery - fine for a tintop with winter boots, but not a happy combination for all-season-shod Mogs.

I'm just glad that cars don't suffer the effects of windchill: the Polar Vortex thingy we've just got rid of put the still-air temps down in the high 20s below zero just after New Year, with wind chill near -40. Brrr.

Went out to wash the cars on Sat a/noon . Jumped into the mog and it started 1st time . So as I was washing the cars I let the mog tick over slowly pushing the choke in . It had run a while when the fan kicked in . I locked everything up and the fan kicked in again , I could feel the warmth from it and the heat you get when you dip your head inside the car along with that musky mog leather smell . Came away with a smile

I was driving mine home from work today, Hood up, rain pissing down, chamois pad in hand constantly battling the misting up, and I reached A Decision.

I am absolutely definitely going to replace the horrible convoluted plastic screen demisting ducts which keep falling off the vents, and I am going to fix it so they work.

So I've ordered a length of silicone ducting from Car Builder Solutions. Now all I need to do is to figure out how to get the new tubes fixed to the vent ducts without having to disassemble the entire bloody dashboard. A Cunning Plan is needed...

I wish...
I can't walk on our garden without water squeezing out of the waterlogged soil. It will take some time before the ground can be dug.
There is work to do, I want to prepare the ground for the early spuds and the lawn needs cutting, but it is waterlogged.

More rain forecast today...
The joy of living in the South West.

Since when has Salisbury been in the South West. I thought it was up North. ooo

The BBC has spoken: Salisbury is South West.
That is because they don't recognise the South!
Just South East and South West!

You could always upgrade to a heated screen as well..... hide

CBS are very useful indeed. I had the same problem Hamwich which I solved by glueing the end of the pipe before pushing ( ok fiddling ) it onto the ducts. It is tight up there but persevere. CBS have some interesting air ducts which I would like to use. At the moment I have fitted extra ducts to the heater outlets but mine is circa 89 and has the cardboard like heater box, there fore easy to screw into.
