About as similar as things can get. Smell -> droplets on screen and glasses -> full out spurting.
Been out for over an hour and the smell is back. No spray, but that is because I duct taped the connection. The tape is wet with gas and slippery/dissolving. Who did you contact? Was it Morgan or S&S? You can PM me, if you prefer.
Was it difficult to switch out the parts?
M3W, now!!!

Went to drive the Morgan to work today and I encountered the fuel smell and droplets on the wind screens. Luckily I remembered this thread. Seems the right fuel hose is loose. I will have to inspect it closer after work.

Update: It seemed that the crimp-on hose clamp on the passenger side cylinder that secures the black rubber fuel line that goes under the 'caution hot' shield to the other cylinder just wasn't tight enough to hold the hose on and had slipped down enough to let some fuel escape. I bought a pack of standard screw-tight hose clamps at Auto Zone for $2.50 and put one on each end of the black rubber hose, next to the existing crimp-on clamps and it seems to be pretty solid.
One thing that I noticed though was that the fuel rails on either side are not symmetrical, they each are slightly rotated. I am assuming it is because of the amount of wires and tubes jammed into that little space. But I am going to have the local S&S shop take a look at it, just for piece of mind.

Good to hear its an easy quick fix, screw tight clamps are the best way to go..i will check mine & then decide if i will change them.as they seem to be a temporary fix/leak free

Just fixed this problem myself. Wish I had read this thread earlier. It definitely was the crimp-on clamps for the cross-over pipe between the injectors.
I installed 4 Swedish made fuel line clamps (2 going to each injector, 2 for the cross over pipe) and that solved the problem immediately.
Note: get fuel line clamps, NOT regular hose clamps. Fuel line clamps rotate tighter in a more perfect circle. Regular hose clamps rotate tighter a bit less perfectly, they do not put even pressure all around the fitting. Google "fuel line clamp" and "radiator clamp" and you will see the difference.

There is literally no end of things to check on the M3W.
I used to be a cheerful, out-going individual. Then I got a M3W and now I have become a hermit spending all my spare time in the confines of my shop checking all the potential problems that y'all find. After reading about them, am obligated to check them as I like the idea of heading off a potential problem before it happens.
BTW, my new (and really new this time) bevel box came in today.
Oh joy....now I get to have both ends of the car torn down at the same time for Centa/BB replacements. At the rate I'm going, I should have whopping 4,000 miles on this 2013 rig by early 2016.
I think a heroin addiction would be cheaper in the long run though equally damaging to my mental state and a different kind of monkey on my back.

Hey keep the faith I felt just like you a year ago. The Centa unit makes a huge difference and a new bevel box too. While its stripped, fit a polyurethane modified rear sprocket ( there is a thread on here somewhere) or get a local engineering company to copy your existing unit in stainless. I have put over 13000 mls on my old girl and all that niggles now is the screaming rear sprocket. Matt

My problem was the rubber hose under the heat shield, the one going across Me too, fixed it myself but man that was a dangerous drive back home after I had found out... Everybody check on this!

Took my M3W out after a couple months off to find that my cross-over pipe had failed today. Had been blaming changing to Kurakyn filter for smell previously as it dropped small amounts of oil so at first thought it was oil blow-back. So put the original air filter back on. Restarted and gush!!! This blog helped me realise what it was. My cross over pipe appears to have perished. It's not been rubbing nor near leaking near the clamp. Giving the pipe a squeeze you see it squirting from one bend in pipe at a dramatic rate! Dealer has had one problem before but due to clamp being loose. This suggests to me poor quality fuel hose as where it's happening is not likely to be due to being struck by road debris.
