Hi,

can anybody help? the thrust bear is touching the pressure plate all the time, I had the problem 3500 miles ago, the car had a new input shaft & complete clutch.

The car has only done 13,000 miles, so I am going to put a new clutch in myself, so which is the best way of doing it, to leave the gear box in and remove the engine or can you just remove gearbox?

Best way is to leave the gearbox in situ and remove the engine mate. Shouldn't be too bad of a job to do.
