Gentlemen,

I have a Smiths watch, which looks like this one.

Watch

Unfortunately, a spring or a lever in the setting mechanism for the hands is broken. It is impossible to locate the spare part in Germany.

Can anyone help? Are parts available in the UK?

I would then submit the exact type of the movement and the specification of the spare part.

Andreas

Andreas,

I'm not sure if he can help but Duncan and Genesis is well respected: http://www.genesiswatchmaking.co.uk/

There is another chap but Duncan would be my first point of call.

If you get stuck, let me know and I'll do some digging for you.
