If this works, here is a snap showing my Krazy Horse 50mm spacer and also my solution to the where's-the-bloody-horn-switch? problem: the components consist of a long plastic dowel from a DIY shop, a wooden toothpick which assists the push fit and a covering of some kind of leatherette that I had lying around, attached with glue.

Ah, no image. Back to the drawing board...

Looks like Demon Tweeks does a 50.8 PCD spacer - anyone tried it?

Looks like they offer 13, 25, 38 and 51mm offset in the same three bolt 50.8mm PCD configuration.

Doesn't seem to include bolts though?

True but readily available stainless socket dome head bolts of appropriate length plus matching nylock nuts & washers should complete the job.

Guess it depends on the price of the dedicated complete kits but the B-G racing option offers a greater range of offsets.

SO the spacer I need is a 3 bolt, on a 2 inch center, is that correct? because I can source those domestically for a lot less than getting one from England. If I had a car already I would just measure.

Correct - Three 6mm clearance holes 120° apart on 50.8mm or 2" PCD. The 25mm spacer I bought unfortunately had only M5 clearance but enough meat to bore out. The M6 x 40mm bolts I used were only just long enough given that factory supplied, washers aren't used. If I had decided to add them 45mm would have been better.

How is the 25mm working out for you?

Well I fitted it and sat in car to find I had a surprising amount of extra left leg movement (RHD remember). It was a couple of days later when I drove the car and had forgotten I'd fitted it, but found myself unconcsiously chucking the car around low speed tight bends. I guess that says it all - the extra leverage from arms to wheel was very welcome.

Its got to be a personal thing though - I'm an average 5' 10" if that helps.
