OK.....this is really strange.
When I begin a trip ( can be as short as a few Kms ) the pod side light on top of the RHS wing is in the correct position:

After a short while of any combination of driving conditions ( fast, slow, highway, town )the light does this :

Turning anti-clockwise as viewed from above ( ie. in board ).
Easy I hear you all say....tighten the nut! Done it I say and it rotates even more quickly!

Please don't tell me it's a case of " it's a Morgan Sir, they all do that."
Or worse still......" they all do that but clockwise in the Northern hemisphere!"
Anybody had this phenomenon? Solution?
Oh, as a quick aside regarding replacing conventional globes with LEDs I have done this with the pods and also re-wired so they are permanently on with the ignition. Easily obtainable and they are an order of magnitude brighter!
Actually, not exactly sure what that is but it's heaps

Actually, not surprising when you see the condition of the globe I removed
