hopefully they also fixed the flux capacitor It would have been the first thing they fixed. The Prince of Darkness has never graced the doors of Honda.

IMHO, that is funny, similar to the air in the tires needing rotation.
Older and more mechanical things tend to last longer than the newer high tech stuff. But then you throw the Japanese engineering into the equation and almost nothing fails prematurely, especially electrical.
It would be interesting to see what the Japanese engineers would do if they were assigned the task of taking a MOG and not substantially changing the appearance but change anything else they wanted to make it run forever. Hopefully not Takata or Toyota fuel pumps!!!!!
