Sounds like you had a good day today Jeremy, long may that sun shine - a brisk walk down to Start Bay lighthouse and return today and I didn't put my anorak hood up once sunny.

What he actually means is that he came round my house and woke all the neighbours up. slap

What I actually mean is I went round NeilM's house to find him with cloth in hand bent over his roadster. Obviously it could not have been a positing cloth! somestick innocent

Took the Plus 8 to the Vet today. Need a resupply of Heartworm pills for the Setter and Dal. Needless to say . . . I took the long way.

The 1971 I had was a real 'beast'. Loud with side pipes, and quick. Sold it last year. This one is pretty docile compared to that one. Funny thing, the dogs didn't fit in the 1971. It had super sport buckets and they were just too big. My setter went for a ride with her rear feet in the super sport bucket, her front feet on the parcel shelf behind, and her butt in the wind. What a sight.

Haven't tried the Setter in this one. My Dalmatian just sits in the stock buckets like a proper co pilot.

Great morning drive today warm and snug with the tonneau cover. Drove a favourite route out to and around Rutland water. Waiting at the level crossing in Oakham a charming chap on a bike said hello and how good it was to see a Morgan, he said he was a previous chair of the local MSCC. Stopped at Normanton and met a lovely friendly couple who owned a Morgan purchased from Allon Whites like mine. On the way home had a cheery wave from some children at school and shouts of 'smashing car!'.

Morgans really do lift the spirits.

No Morgan so off to walk over Arnside Knott and admire the views over the estuary taking advantage of some much needed sun!
