The ECU will have non volatile ram. It should not need the battery to hold the firmware. A flat battery is a normal failure mode for the car to survive.

Thanks i would love to,but its still too early to say if I'm going to put an order down within these few coming monthes.can someone try to do a white m3w with red interior & full decals on the morgan site,under car creator & post a pic of it.

I save seen "battery memory savers" which are a 9V "fire alarm battery" that connects across the battery terminal that saves radio codes, clocks from being reset when the battery is removed.

At full speed when the rpm reaches close to 5 comes the pinging engine sound...and i shift gears..so whats the max rpm should it reach
