When we collected the Aero Coupe from the factory we asked Morgan if they could help us as SWMBO is a little vertically challenged.

The Tillet sports seats in the Coupe are a little lower (less padding and lower mounted) making it more difficult for her to see out and drive in safely.

We asked them if it was possible to form some type of booster seat/cushion. They actually custom made a base and back panel to match the finish of the car. Aluminium sheet wrapped in foam and finished in the same leather and stitching. Once they are pushed into the seat you could not tell they were there unless you look closely.

You won't get that out of MB !

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

I can imagine that. Even the SLR it has the electric seat adjustment (both height and angle) laugh2

Somehow embarassing but considering the leaks I have in the luggage trunk this was the only solution I found out.

Even this one will be fixed, of course. In a few years I will have an "all season" car smile

Now I was thinking to have an extension done to the stormcover to be attached with a velcro strap.
In that way I can have the max flexibility.

Ale check these guys out ... I had them make an extension to one of their Aero storm covers so that it covered the bonnet louvers as well as the roof. I found them very helpful and it didn't break the bank. www.morganhoods.com

Hi Graham,
Thanks!
We already designed with John (morganhoods) the extension and he produced it and shipped it to me smile
Unfortunately (or luckily) I used it only once and I forgot to take a couple of pics.
I wanted to keep it modular since when it's sunny and I want to cover the car I'll use the main part, and when it's raining I'll add the extension.

Great news that you have it all sorted out .... the question really should be why if the car was correctly put together in the 1st place do we actually need storm covers swear ooo

That is a different topic.
I am following up this with the factory.
Unfortunately right now (after the aircon problem) my tolerance level dropped and they need to do something to "gain back" my trust (do not know if it makes sense in English).
