I believe that Aero Racing prices are 'fitted at the factory', whilst a dealer has to charge for labour as without that they could not do it economically. Factory have the resources, but the dealers don't. Seems perfectly reasonable to me.

Anyone know what the cost of a Centa Compensator is, fitted or just supplied?

Having one done in the next couple of weeks if parts are delivered.
Labour is the killer as it's a full engine out job. six hours I think.
Compensator is between 560 and 700 depending on what seals etc are needed.
will know more when done.

R1NGA - the three upgrades listed in the letter are fitted prices whether at the factory or at the dealer or so I am assured by the factory. The first paragraph is pretty clear.

I think originally the upgrades were availlable only from the factory at a subsidised price . As it's not practical for most people to get their cars to the factory there seems to be an agreement with the dealers to fit the parts at the same price , ie the dealers not charging fully for labour , and Morgan making minimal profit on the parts .

I may be wrong about this !

My comfort kit was just over £200 fitted at BHM.

I took a view on it and was happy to pay that amount as i did not have to drive my car all the way to Malvern and back. Which if i had stayed overnight could have cost as much again in accommodation and petrol, let alone the days holiday needed.

Although the first paragraph is pretty clear; I decided it was best not to cut my nose off to spite my face.

Yep, it does not hurt to support your dealer. They often end up the filling in the sandwich!
