Just received the Roadster I bought last night! Very excited. I checked the tool tray & it seems the only tools inside are the jack & the L shaped bar that raises & lowers it. Can one of you Morgan men tell me what I am missing? It sort of ruins the day to find things missing like that. I get it would take fort Knox to replace.

My 2009 tool kit only consisted of the jack, a wheel cap wrench and a hammer - all the other spaces in the tray are empty.

With my new 2009 4/4 Sport I got nothing, well it's a Morgan and it was a little hectic in Anniversary year.
25,000miles down the line maybe I should get a jack to carry around.

Somewhere on the site are photos of what you get. My 94 97 cars had a jack, a jack handle, lead hammer & wheel nut tool only.
I think under Dave W how to do things list there is something on this

There are spare spaces in the tool tray for items such as a warning triangle and first aid kit. BUT these are only supplied where required by law (Germany etc?)...
All you need is the jack, wheel nut spanner and hammer (if wire wheels).

Aldermog has wire wheels so I have a jack, handle and hammer. No hex spanner.
I put a triangle and first aid kit into the spaces, but the slot for the big hex spanner has a tin of emergency boiled sweets!

You realise by admitting that Peter you are liable to come back to the car to find the parcel tray lifted...

My 2005 4/4 with the same tool tray has jack, jack handle, flat eight-sided spanner for the locknuts, and a smallish "lead" hammer with a wooden handle. Also a space for a warning triangle. The spanner and hammer are marginal for the task of removing the locknuts, so I don't use them. Instead I use a larger Thor nylon faced hammer and a locknut removal tool supplied by MWS, which effectively turns the locknut into a two-eared spinner and makes the job so much easier. Here it is http://shop.mwsint.com/product_details.asp?id=179My tray however has some cracks, which is a common problem. Several people have replaced theirs with wood or alu trays. Nigel

Especially as the tin is marked "Land Rover"

25,000miles down the line maybe I should get a jack to carry around. Mind you if your sport is like mine why do you need a jack when you haven't got a spare wheel?! I actually did get a jack but no wheel so as mine is 2011 perhaps they had got over the centenery celebrations by then!
