What a frustrating day - sunny spots interspersed by rain. One of those days where the weather seems to be taunting Morgan owners.

Oh come on Simon, tis but a bit o' rain ! No salt on roads - although a wee bit of dried mud (now damp) on the side roads courtesy of the local tractors - so no real excuse for not having a run.

Henrietta has been driven in the dry/wet/dry/wet/dry today and her remapped ECU has had a good workout !

Cheers

Jeremy, I think I had my fill of wet top down driving during Nordkapp cold

In fairness, it isn't the rain that frustrates but rather the top down, top up and repeat that gets tiring. The moment I drop the top, snap it starts raining! redcard

Waited in all day for the BT man to upgrade us to fibre optic.
Whilst the result is excellent. He arrived at 16:30 , not like his 08:00 to 13:00 slot, still he did keep calling & delaying.

Alas no Mog ride

But I thought that was was the beauty of an easy up hood it makes it easy to put the hood up, which I presume Cruella has. Rosie's a bit more traditional in top up department, so I keep driving until my hair is gets wet, then find somewhere to shelter while I put the hood on. smile

The factory Easyup hood is not an "easy up".........the Allon White hood is! Much quicker and leaks less!

I can't agree with you there. I don't know the Allon White hood, but compared to my experiences with the traditional hood, the hood on my plus 8 is most definitely easy up. However I would say that the erecting method needs perfected to get speedy results.

As per my comments in the Wizard of Oz Rainbow thread: Cruella has a Deluxe hood - not sure what the exact differences are but it is easy to erect and watertight (as yesterday will attest to!)
