was it not posted on here wire wheels could no handle large amount of torque Not so. These are designed and made by us(Turrino Wheels Ltd) under our patents and can handle all this and more. The wheels are 90 spoke with centre lock/peg drive alloy centres. We'd like to do some for an Aero8 !

Slab sided and a lot of dough for a rebodied xkr. Wheels are too small and it looks heavy..
Can't see it personally. Oh and calling the company david brown? Seriously? Just trading off Aston Heritage whilst paying no dues to Aston... Hmmm if this was a Ferrar pastiche thee would be lawyers involved and cars would be getting crushed!
For the money they are asking you could buy a solid db6 and make it usable daily...

A very expensive miss and a very poor comparison with the Eagle Low-Drag GT - I know which would get my money if I was able to finance the choice... Brian P.S. What's the recommended base price for the David Brown, anybody know?

I believe they are saying between 100k and 1 m... So the answer is they don't know yet and it depends how many folks they are able to part from their money.
It will probably be comparable to buying an actual DB5, which makes a total nonsense of the whole idea..
