Hi @ all,

thks for the nice compliments, 45 years back my English teacher had a different opinion..... innocent OK talking about languages isn't as smart as talking about Morgans.;-)

@Paul: Thanks for your kind offer, let's see whether our plan for next year can be followed.

@Simon:

Lumpi or better "Lump"* was the famous dog of Picasso, photographed by Henry Cartier-Bresson - my personal hero in terms of "Decisive Moments" in street photography.

Thanks for your nice comment, yes the pics are a mixture of 35 years old photographs made in England, Ireland and Netherland and pics made up from 2006 onwards.
Photography I gave up due to my new hobby windsurfing in 1973....
Very difficult for me to come closer to the "spirit" of my old pics....

With respect Bernd, that is one hobby which you should not have given up, if the quality of those pictures is anything to go on! notworthy

I am bowled over by so many of them that I'm not quite sure which is my favourite – your ability to capture the right tone between sentimentality and showing the ‘reality’ of life is what makes the individual portraits stand out (I hope that makes sense).

Very impressive work.
