Re customer satisfaction survey, I received a call from the factory just last week asking to answer some questions regarding my ownership and servicing of my 2011 Plus 4. I have had my motor from new, ordered via a dealer, with annual services carried out at the factory.
So I can confirm the factory is surveying owners.

Re customer satisfaction survey, I received a call from the factory just last week asking to answer some questions regarding my ownership and servicing of my 2011 Plus 4. I have had my motor from new, ordered via a dealer, with annual services carried out at the factory.
So I can confirm the factory is surveying owners. My ownership experience is slightly different ...paid good cash and got a new car that is not up to quality... engine hangs its revs so you cant change gear as you have to let the revs drop which takes about 2 to 3 seconds. Instead of enjoying the car ...I think of 'trading standards' / vosa / motor manufacturers associations or just pitching up and parking the car out side the factory with a big banner on it high lighting its undrivability. Written to factory - sent emails - with no reply, supplying dealer told me - 'dont press the accelerator too hard' ...after a bolt rubbed through a water pipe - there was a potential that the engine could of been damaged so I pressed for a reply to the problem ... a verbal reply from factory was 'it does that to keep down the emissions down'. Its all a poor show in this day & age.

Impatient to get news about the planned ECU-remap for the Sigma-engine by Williams.
Mike from Williams wrote me some weeks ago that the Sigma remap has been through its final rolling road tests and that news will soonly come up.
Iīll wait and see for the results (torque & hp) and if itīll be perhaps possible to get the ECU sent at home and installed at a local (MORGAN specialised) workshop (in Germany).

George Good news my friend. I am up loading a map onto one of very good customers on March 15th. If all goes to plan then we will be releasing the map. Please bear with us. It's almost ready

I would give the dealer one more chance to fix, and then ask Williams if their remap will fix, if it does ask the supplying dealer to contribute to the cost of the remap -let the dealer know you that is your intention. I hope you get it sorted as it must be spoiling the driving experience.

I thought the rolling road you use is bust! Yep this is correct, the sigma map was already done just needed a car to install it. One of my very good customers has agreed to this.
